The Museum is open to the public on Wednesdays, Thursdays and Sundays from 1:00pm - 4:00pm and during special events except during holiday weekends or as mentioned below. The Museum is closed on the weekends of Mother's Day and Father's Day, and the holiday weekends of Easter, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day, and the week of Christmas through New Year's Day, unless a special event is scheduled. Please call the Museum to verify hours.

Special hours may be arranged for special tours, or research. Call for additional information.

Free on-street parking is available on Post Avenue and Cravens within steps of the Museum.

The Torrance Historical Society is housed in the City's first Main Library -- built in 1936.  The Museum exhibits an ever-growing collection of photos, documents, books, artifacts and other material relevant to the City's past.
